This Colombian coffee is sourced from a sustainable farm located in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountains, a high-altitude region known for biodiversity and slow coffee maturation. 

The coffee is directly imported by the owner, creating a transparent sourcing relationship that prioritizes responsible land management, fair labor practices, and long-term community employment.

Roasted to a Full City level, the blend emphasizes body and balance. The cup opens with rich molasses and cocoa nib notes, followed by subtle dried fruit sweetness. Acidity remains medium and controlled, allowing the coffee to stay smooth whether brewed hot, iced, or pulled as espresso.

As espresso, it delivers a thick, golden crema and reliable extraction, making it well-suited for straight shots as well as milk-forward drinks like lattes, cappuccinos, and cortados.
