Ordering and Shipping Timelines

Orders placed before 11am (ET) are typically processed and shipped the same day, barring any unforeseen issues. Orders placed after 11am (ET) will ship the next business day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays. The normal drop-off time for USPS orders is 4pm, and for UPS, it is between 1pm and 3pm.

We process orders in the sequence they are received. This means that during times of high order volume, your order may be shipped the next day even if you select expedited shipping options. Paying for overnight or 2-day shipping does not prioritize your order in our processing queue. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders placed after 10am on Fridays, as well as over the weekend, will be processed and ready to ship on Monday (excluding holidays). There are no Saturday shipments. Orders made after 3pm are considered as placed the following day for the purposes outlined above. Orders after 3pm will be delivered to the post office the next day. If the next day is Friday, weekend rules apply.

This means your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days depending on the date and time of your order.

Holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the days between may extend processing times. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day in the order they were received. Orders placed from Black Friday through Cyber Monday may take 3 to 5 days to ship due to high volume. We strive to process all orders promptly. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to determine how you would like to proceed. If we do not hear back within 2-3 days, we will follow up.

You will receive an email confirming your order and another email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing your order. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at We will update your order if it has not yet shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the number of products, their weight, your shipping address, and your chosen shipping method. You will see the shipping cost before confirming your purchase and can adjust your shipping option or decide not to place your order.

Shipping Carriers

We use the following carriers depending on your location and selected shipping method:

  • USPS
  • UPS

Most customers prefer USPS, and at checkout, you can select from:

  • USPS First Class Mail (3-7 Days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days)
  • USPS Express Mail (1-2 Days)
  • USPS First Class International (7-12 Business Days)
  • USPS Priority Mail International (5-7 Business Days)
  • USPS Priority Express International (3-5 Business Days)

Please note: USPS First Class Mail does not include insurance for loss or theft and may not provide tracking numbers. We recommend selecting USPS Priority for better tracking and claim options.

You will receive an email stating ‘Your Order is Completed’ when your order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once Firewalker Kava ships your order and the carrier scans your package at pickup, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. When a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with this information and send you an email from our shipping software platform, Ship Station. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder.

Please note: some USPS First Class Mail orders may not have tracking numbers.

After the carrier scans your package at pickup, Firewalker Beverages LLC is not responsible for your package in transit. For questions about your order status, package location, or delivery date, contact your chosen shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Delivered Packages

Firewalker Kava does not accept responsibility for packages marked ‘delivered’ by USPS. Ensure you ship to a secure location. If tracking shows a package as delivered and you have not received it, check with family and neighbors before contacting your shipping carrier.

International Orders

Free shipping is not available for international orders. These orders may take up to 10 business days to process due to fraud prevention measures. International customers are responsible for import duties, customs, and local taxes. Check for any restrictions on kava importation in your country. Firewalker Kava is not responsible for orders seized by customs.

Back Orders

If an item is on back-order, we will ship the in-stock part of your order. When the back-ordered item is available, we will ship the rest of your order at no additional shipping cost.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original, unused, unopened condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Opened consumable items cannot be returned. Refunds are issued only for unopened items, and shipping costs are non-refundable.


Unopened items in their original condition can be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value or for store credit.
