• Lateral Root: The powder is made from the lateral roots, which are smaller but higher in kavalactones, making it more potent.

Brewing Directions:

Single Serving:

• 50g of kava in 20oz of water. Blend for 4 minutes and strain for a smooth experience.
  
  

Gallon Method:

• For a larger batch, use 100–130g of kava in 1 gallon of room-temperature water. Place kava in a nut bag or cheesecloth, and steep for 15–20 minutes, massaging to extract the kavalactones. This method yields a milder kava, perfect for sharing for a longer period of time.
